Jessica’s early working years were spent in London working in Marketing and also in Estate Agency as a consultant in residential and rental properties.

Since moving back to Lincolnshire over 30 years ago she and her husband have built up a residential and commercial property portfolio together including property in Lincoln, Grantham and some also in rural areas.

This has given her a good foundation for the property market in Lincolnshire and with this knowledge and a real love for the county, Jessica is in the best position to offer this expertise to her clients.

Working independently Jessica is committed finding the perfect property to suit her clients needs. She only works for her client as a property search agent and never works on behalf of a seller or landlord.

Since returning to Lincolnshire, as well as building a property business, Jessica and her husband have bought and renovated their Georgian farmhouse. At the time of looking it seemed impossible to find the perfect home, they changed their way of searching, not using conventional country house agents and finally found what they were looking for. This experience has given in depth knowledge of the area, contacts and a different perspective on property searching making Jessica all the more passionate about helping others find just what they are looking for.
